If you have used Company Searches before but you are accessing the new Company Searches website for the first time, then you will notice a few changes.

To benefit from everything the site has to offer, simply login following the tips below – and you will have full usability in moments:  

1. If your login or password is in capital letters, you will need to use to lower case. For example ‘PASSWORD’ becomes ‘password’
2. Passwords must have more than 6 characters. If your password is shorter than 6 characters, please add 10_09. For example ‘pass’ becomes ‘pass10_09’
3. You do not need a pin number – unless you used one previously
4. If your login details or password are a mixture of upper case and lower case, please enter these characters carefully
