Provides comprehensive up to date picture on the state of affairs of the company in question. Also includes Memorandum and Articles and any documents that may update them.

Conveyancing Documents Search
The legal markets that wish to establish if there are any mortgages or charges against a particular property generally request this type of search. A liquidation search is also included within this search.

Mortgage Register Documents Search
When a legal charge or property is purchased by a company they are required to submit the mortgage documents and a form 395 (particulars of a mortgage charge) Details are recorded onthe mortgage register before returning original mortgage documents to the company.

Liquidation Documents Search
When a company can no longer trade due to it's outstanding liabilities either the members or creditors of the company can appoint a liquidator who will sell off company assets in order to pay off outstanding debts.

As a company is about to go into liquidation a statement of affairs is filed with Companies House outlining its current liabilities. During liquidation a return of liquidator will be filed detailing the amounts that have been paid to creditors.

Company Directors Report
Access details of every company directorship. The report lists full name, address, date of birth, date of appointment (and resignation). Over 5 million company directorships are held on Company Searches.

Company Shareholder Report
Contact and shareholding information on all British limited and quoted companies (details on over 3 million shareholders in total).

Individual Directors Report
Available on every UK and Irish director.

Insight Plus Report
Available on over 1.3 million UK non limited companies. It further extends the Insight Report, by adding a risk score and recommended trade credit limit which has been requested by many of our customers.
