The following is a full list of company reports available on Company Searches. Please Note: Not all of these reports will be available for every company. See Company Filing Requirements for more detail about this.

Credit Report - This report is available on all analysed companies. It has five sections:-

• Statutory - details of registered name and address, date of incorporation, type of accounts filed, accounts and annual return filing dates, issued capital and principal activity with the main SIC code.
• Risk information - details of registered name and address, date of incorporation, type of accounts filed, accounts and annual return filing dates, issued capital and principal activity with the main SIC code.
• Company Accounts - displays an abreviated profit and loss and balance sheet for the company for the last three years.
• Accounts Notes - holds information on items extracted from the latest set of notes, such as exports, audit fees, intermediate assets, bank overdraft, and finance due to directors and group, to name but a few.
• Directors - lists the Company Secretary and all Directors.
• Filing History - displays every change of name, all mortgage documents and one of each other filing type.

Financial Report - This report is available on all analysed companies. It has twelve sections, incorporating the sections detailed in the Express Report above, plus there is more accounts information over five years and is divided into several sections :-

• Ownership - breaks out group structure and all live subsidiaries ranked by turnover.
• Profit & Loss Account - details all items for the last five years, indicating where relevant notes exist.
• Balance Sheet - displays the last five years' worth of balance sheet items, indicating where notes are cross referenced.
• Accounts Notes - holds information on items extracted from the latest set of notes, such as exports, audit fees, intermediate assets, bank overdraft, and finance due to directors and group, to name but a few.
• Cash Flow - provides access to five years of cashflow, including net increase in cash.
• Ratios - lists the main liquidity, performance, employee and gearing ratios.
• Growth Rates - provides % growth measurements for 1/2/3/4 year periods.
• Filing History - displays every change of name, all mortgage documents and one of each other filing type.

Business Report - This report is available on all analysed companies. It has fifteen sections and provides access to all of the information available on Company Searches. It has the same sections as in the Financial Report above, and as well as having all director names and addresses, adds the following sections:-

• Major Shareholders - displays the principal shareholder in any UK company. It also shows the capital structure of the company in terms of the type and amount of shares issued in total.
• Interims - provides access to the latest four years' worth (where available) of interim results as announced by UK quoted companies on the London Stock Exchange.

Company Directors Report - The company directors report is provided for all analysed companies. The screen displays all directors as of the last stated set of accounts. The detailed summary is updated to reflect home addresses, occupation, appointment date, number of present directorships and number of past directorships.

Company Shareholders Report - This report shows all of the share classes issued by a company and all of the shareholders who own them, including the number of shares held.
