Company Searches International provides Business Reports on all registered businesses in Australia and Financial Reports on all companies required to file.
The Full Company Name is required to undertake a search, the address is an advantage although now Australia has a centralised registry we can make searches without it. In the case of businesses reports, address and any addition information such as telephone numbers etc. helps to speed up the search. No address can cause delays.
Financial Information
We have a number of quoted company annual reports in house.
We can obtain the full accounts if available from a correspondent in Australia.
Corporate Affairs Commission Search with Accounts
We can obtain a CAC Search from our correspondent in Australia. This is similar to Annual Return & Accounts in the UK. It will contain a list of Directors, Shareholders, Registered Office, Date of Incorporation and Accounts.
Corporate Affairs Commission Search without Accounts
Same as above but without accounts.

We cannot guarantee whether accounts are available or not in advance.
We must apply to the corporate affairs commission for the accounts. If accounts are there or not we still charge the same price - we incur these charges ourselves whether information is obtained or not.
If accounts are not available you will receive a Corporate Affairs Commission Search which contains:-
- List of Directors
- Shareholders if the two above mentioned criteria are filled
- Registered Office
- Date of Incorporation
