Publicly Available Documents
All limited companies (AB?s) have to file annual reports (and some time interim reports). Copies of the original documents are available, usually in Swedish.
Other documents publicly available:
- Certificate of Registration at the Company House (available in English)
- Articles of Association
- Minutes from the shareholders meeting
- Historical Record
Directors/Shareholders Searches
Historical searches also available. Best search is by an individual ID number, but can also search on name, address postal code and/or phone.
According to Swedish law a report the copy of the information provided is also sent out to the person inquired (but the name of the end user is not disclosed at present).
Searches on Individuals
Available as long as the end user is inquiring for an economic reason e.g. employee, loan applicant. According to Swedish law a copy of the report of the information provided is also sent out to the person inquired, including disclosure of the name of the end user.
