General Information
The preferred business types are the SQ, which requires a capital of ESC. 400 and a
minimum of 2 members, and the SA which requires capital of ESC. 5,000 and a minimum of
5 members. The directors and secretaries do not need to be resident. An annual return
needs to be filed including financial statements which need to be audited.
As at April 1994 there were 1200 companies on the register.
