Historical directors searches are available via the Special Certificate (see above).
Historical shareholders searches are not available as this information is not necessarily made public.
Searches on Individuals
Full report can be provided, including (where available):-
negative remarks, tax assessment figures, business engagements, real estate.
When ordering name & address is essential (date of birth is preferable too). If the individual is a board member the name of the company may be sufficient.
This report is available on three speeds:-
- Priority (1-2 working days) £120.00 + vat
- Express (3-5 working days) £97.50 + vat
- Normal (10-15 working days) £72.50 + vat
